James Camacho Moylan is Guam's Delegate to the U.S. House of Representatives, first elected in 2022 — the first Republican to hold the seat in three decades. A U.S. Army veteran from Tumon, he served in the Guam Legislature (2019–2023) before his election to Congress, where he sits on the Armed Services, Foreign Affairs, and Education & Workforce committees.
