- Who can vote in Guam's 2026 election?
- U.S. citizens who are residents of Guam and at least 18 years old by Election Day, and who are registered with the Guam Election Commission.
- What's the difference between the Primary and General?
- The Primary (August 1, 2026) decides the partisan races — you vote candidates of one party only. The General (November 3, 2026) is the final vote, including the nonpartisan Attorney General race.
- How many senators do I vote for?
- Up to 15 for the Guam Legislature, per the official ballot instructions.
- Is Vote Smart Guam the Election Commission?
- No. We are an independent, nonpartisan voter-information project — not the GEC and not affiliated with any candidate or party. For official registration and results, go to gec.guam.gov.
