These results are not final. Every precinct has reported, but absentee ballots are still being received and counted, and the Guam Election Commission has not certified the count. We publish the numbers GEC publishes. We do not project, call races, or mark anyone as advancing before GEC certifies.

Margins matter here: in the Republican legislative primary, 15th and 16th place are 12 votes apart. Outstanding ballots can decide that seat. See the certification timeline

Coverage of the results

Local outlets reported through the night, including candidate reactions and concessions. We link their reporting; we don't republish it, and their calls are theirs, not ours.

Vote Smart Guam is not the Guam Election Commission. We report GEC's public numbers as a convenience; only GEC certifies results. If anything here differs from GEC, GEC is correct — tell us and we'll fix it.
