Jesse A. Lujan is a Republican member of the Guam Legislature, serving as Majority Leader of the 38th Guam Legislature. A John F. Kennedy High School graduate, he was a professional bodybuilder in the 1980s (IFBB pro, 1984) and later hosted the radio/TV talk show "The Buzz" on KUAM (2009–2018). He first served in the Legislature in 2003 and returned in 2023.
