Candidate summary
Guam is my home, and my mission is deeply personal: I want to build an island where our children don't just survive, but thrive. As your Senator, I am committed
Proud son of Guam, coming from a working-class family—the son of a 30-year public school teacher and a retired GPA lineman—he knows firsthand the sacrifices our local families make every day. His journey of leadership started early, from advocating for his peers at Simon Sanchez High School to serving in the Guam Youth Congress. He brought those exact fighting values straight to the Guam Legislature, proudly serving our island as an elected Senator in the 37th Guam Legislature. Today, he continues to deliver for our people by managing critical capital improvements like the reconstruction of Simon Sanchez High School. He isn’t here for empty promises—he is here to build an island where our children don't don't just survive, but thrive.
The biggest issue facing Guam
Cost of living.
To the voters
As your candidate for Senator, I recognize the immense responsibility of this office. I am stepping up for you because it is my mission to ensure our people thrive, not just get by. On August 1st make sure your voice is heard loud and clear. Go and Vote!
The first 100 days
I will hit the ground running by introducing my priority bills immediately without waiting for committee assignments. Our island cannot afford delays. I will introduce immediate legislation to pass critical local land bills, enact working-class housing tax credits, and secure matching funds to finally rebuild Simon Sanchez High School. I will also push to digitize government services, fix procurement laws, and invest in clean energy solutions to lower crushing power rates. The progress of Guam begins and ends with us showing up to ensure the next genera inherits opportunities, not obstacles.
